Meetings: 3rd Tuesday of each month at Holy Family Church Social Hall, North Java, New York . Bring a dish to pass and your place setting. Luncheon at noon, program meeting at 1pm. Five dollar dues payable at the beginning of each year. When Attica District schools are closed due to weather conditions, there will be No Senior Citizens meeting. Concrete Spec for 54’x 60’ Building - Contact Wade Roggow 585-786-2155

There is to be 2” foam board two feet horizontally under concrete along the whole outside edge. According to insulation specs
Reflective bubble insulation under entire floor
Heavy 4’x8’ wire sheeting in entire concrete slab
Approximately 35’ of 12” wide poured floor drain, if done in more than one poor should be a water barrier put at seems.
Grating to go over floor drains to be at least 1” thick to allow trucks to cross, grating to rest on heavy angle iron that will be set in concrete slab and shall be recessed so grating is level with floor.
Concrete to be 5000psi mix with fiber 7” thick.
Floor drains will be in a “T” shape and will drain to the south, south west corner, at outlet of floor drain there will be at least a 6” deeper area for silt cleanout.
Correct connection to oil water separator of floor drain.
Floor to taper to floor drains
Responsible for poor, finish, and saw cuts, finish shall be power troweled to a very smooth finish.
Floor should be sealed properly when done.
10’ slab continuous between both overhead doors on east end of building with bollards on each side of each overhead doors. Concrete slab in front of single overhead door done the same as other doors.
